- To confirm whether BYD is processing personal information about you and/or for access to the information we have collected.
- For the personal information about you that we have collected from you to be deleted.
- For the inaccurate personal information collected about you to be corrected.
- To opt out from sales or sharing of personal information and/or targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of the disclosure of personal information about you to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration and the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined by law.
- To opt out from targeted advertising as defined by law.
